Objectives of HCHDF

The HOMA-Civilizational Dialogue and Harmony Foundation is driven by passion and purpose. Over the next few years, we aim to achieve the following goals

Facilitate Dialogue and Exchange

Organize national and international forums, conferences, and workshops that bring together scholars, religious leaders, and community figures from diverse backgrounds. These events aim to explore shared challenges, opportunities, and pathways for cooperation in the context of cultural and religious diversity.

Support Research and Scholarship

Conduct and disseminate interdisciplinary research on civilizational and religious studies, focusing on historical, philosophical, social, and theological dimensions. HCDHF publishes research findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, and other academic platforms to contribute to the global discourse on cultural and religious diversity.

Implement Educational Programs

Develop curricula and educational resources that promote intercultural and interreligious understanding and respect. HCDHF collaborates with universities and educational institutions, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir, to integrate civilizational and religious studies into academic programs. The foundation also offers scholarships and fellowships to support students and researchers in these fields.

Promote Cultural and Religious Preservation and Advancement

Advocate for the preservation and revitalization of cultural and religious heritage, particularly in regions with rich historical legacies like Jammu and Kashmir. The foundation supports initiatives that encourage creative expression and innovation in cultural and religious practices, fostering a dynamic and inclusive cultural landscape.

Engage in Policy Advocacy and Partnership

Work with national and international policymakers, cultural and religious organizations, and civil society groups to advocate for policies that support cultural and religious diversity, human rights, and social justice. HCDHF seeks to build partnerships with national and global institutions to promote cultural and religious exchange and understanding.
