HOMA – Civilizational Dialogue and Harmony Foundation (HCDHF) is a Non-Profit Organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, with Section 8 registration
number 159084.
It is situated in the scenic Kashmir Valley (India) dedicated to advancing inter-civilizational and intercultural dialogue. In a world marked by cultural and religious diversity, HCDHF aims to foster dialogue and cooperation among
different civilizations. We uphold a vision of promoting understanding, tolerance, peaceful coexistence and international cooperation in the world. Our work is rooted in the belief that mutual respect and understanding across cultural
and religious boundaries are essential for global peace and harmony. HCDHF’s initiatives encompass scholarly research, educational outreach and public engagement.
The Kashmir valley surrounded by sublime mountains has seen the flourishing of the world’s great traditions, making this region world renowned for its spirit of diversity and coexistence and a rich cultural heritage. Thus, HCDHF is ideally positioned to explore and address the complexities of cultural and religious coexistence.
The foundation seeks to create a national and global network of scholars, educators, policymakers, and community leaders dedicated to fostering understanding and cooperation among different civilizations and religions in the world. Through its comprehensive programs, HCDHF aims to address contemporary global challenges related to cultural identity, social cohesion, and interfaith dialogue, contributing to a more peaceful and inclusive global society.

Also, a culture of dialogue and cooperation can provide solutions to current and future economic, social and political problems by shared experiences and joint collaborative work. HCDHF promotes the culture of dialogue, increased knowledge about different cultures, respect for other value systems and traditions, inclusiveness and a strong spirit of coexistence.
